Who: Akito, Killua and Gon
What: Akito’s farewell gift
When: a day after the party, before going to the varia ship
Where: On Akito’s ex-room, on SDII

 

Akito happily finished filling the pack with all his belonging, he looked around, calling kai-chan to sit on top of his head… They had to be careful for her not to get lost again in the ship swap, like it had happen last time.
A small bark came from the closet, Akito expression became sad… That one wouldn’t be able to come with them… Mello’s cat wouldn’t like a ghost dog, even if that one was really adorable.
He sigh, they didn’t even had named it yet…
“I wonder if Killua-san is really going to accept him...” He wondered to Agito, that complained that they should had left the dog at the island “He is taking time to arrive… I called him an hour ago…”
He sits on the empty floor that once had been their bedroom.

Killua stopped outside Akito's door, raising a hand to knock politely. "Akito?" he called. "It's me."

Akito get’s up, opening the door. Surprised for seeing the other guy knocking. He looks to Killua, slightly making a sad look, this was the last person that he had to properly say goodbye to.
“Come in… Killua-san…” he invited.

Killua entered, putting his hands in his pockets and glancing around. "Almost all packed huh?" he stopped in the middle of the room and looked back at Akito. "You gonna be ok over there?"

Akito looked surprised to Killua’s words, all the time he had been there Killua had never said something like that.
He smiled, touched “Yes, I’ll be okay!!Agito is with me, and I am going to live with onichan and Mello-san… although I am going to miss everyone from here…”

Killua looked mildly uncomfortable like he was doing things he was unused to. "It'll probably be fun. Anyway you can visit." He glanced at Akito. "So you wanted to see me?"

“I’ll” he smiled, really cheerfully “Oh… well…”
He gets slightly nervous… since it had been on his week as captain he hadn’t asked anyone’s permission… but still…
“Maybe it’s better to see for yourself… Killua-san” Akito walked towards the closet, but instead of opening, he whispered.
“You can come out now…” he leaned in front of the closet, with his arms open.
A small white dog passed through the closet doors, barking at Akito happily, passing through his hands and body.
“Ahaha, that tickles…” Akito laughed. The dog looked then to Killua, with curious white eyes.
“Isn’t he cute?”

Killua's eyes widened and he backed up toward the door. "Ah... is that a ghost?" he took some more steps backward. "I'm sorry I really don't like ghosts." He jumped as the little thing barked.

Akito looked concerned and worried.
“He is… but he is really kind… nothing like the usual ghosts that you see… there is no need to be afraid of him…” he argument “And he is really smart!! Look at the trick I teached him: jump”
The small ghost dog flied on the room, making a spin on air.
Akito looked to Killua expression, hoping that the other guy had been impressed…

Rather than impressed Killua was more skittish. "That's nice." he said politely, but ducked down when the dog flew around the room, body twitchy to run. "He's probably nice." He tried. Everything his body did said otherwise though. 

Akito took the dog on his arms (or better, the dog floated on his arms) getting close to Killua.
“Just try to pet him… I am sure that all your fear will go away…”
The dog sniffed the other guy. While Akito looked determined to make his friend like the dog.

Killua backed up all the way against the wall, and his fingers scrabbled at it a little. "Uh that's ok, I'll just believe you if that's all right." And the Akito was getting closer and Killua's instincts kicked in and suddenly he was up the wall in the corner as far away as he could get.
